3. Student Enrolment

3.1 Eligibility

Enrolment is open to all children whose parents or legal guardians submit a complete registration form. The Foundation reserves the right to refuse or limit enrolment based on available capacity.

3.2 Parental Responsibility

By enrolling a child, the parent or legal guardian:

  • Confirms they have legal authority to enrol the child
  • Agrees to provide accurate and complete information
  • Accepts responsibility for updating information when changes occur
  • Agrees to the applicable tuition fees and payment terms

3.3 Tuition Fees & Payment

  • Tuition fees are published on our website and may be updated annually
  • Payment must be made before the published deadline for the relevant academic year
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise decided by the Foundation's board
  • The Foundation may offer fee waivers in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion

3.4 Cancellation of Enrolment

Parents may cancel an enrolment by notifying us in writing at info@al-ikhlaas-stichting.com. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation relative to the start of the academic year.

4. Donations

Donations made through our website are processed securely via Stripe. By making a donation:

  • You confirm the donation is voluntary and made from lawfully obtained funds
  • You acknowledge that donations are generally non-refundable
  • You understand that donation amounts are used at the Foundation's discretion to further its mission
  • Tax deductibility depends on your personal tax situation and applicable regulations (ANBI status may apply)

5. Newsletter & Communications

  • By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails about our activities, events, and updates
  • You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly

  • Newsletter frequency is determined by the Foundation and is typically monthly

6. Volunteer Registration

By submitting a volunteer application:

  • You confirm the information provided is accurate
  • You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance
  • The Foundation may request additional information or documentation (e.g., VOG – Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag)
  • Volunteering is unpaid and voluntary in nature
  • Either party may terminate the volunteer arrangement at any time

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of Stichting Al-ikhlaas or its licensors and is protected by Dutch and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from this website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
